I don't recommend rebirth in the slightest. If I want my priceless artifacts to suddenly be worth pennies, I'll play oblivion.
If I want to level like a retard with no consequences, I'll play skyrim. If I ever want to remove options while playing a game and have it handhold me, I'll throw my computer out the window and find a new hobby. Also, julan by itself is janky as fuck. Obviously you can't take him with you for GDR because his quest pretty much assumes that you're doing the vanilla main quest. There's also a bug I ran into where if you try to continue the vanilla main quest at a certain point and julan isn't with you, the game won't let you continue the main quest. The mod author went and fucked something up, so when you hit the dialogue option that's supposed to continue the quest you get a warning telling you that julan's quest will be fucked if you continue without him. Instead of only showing the message once, then letting you go on, it just keeps putting up the message.
For “Morrowind Rebirth” & “Construction Set”-icons, “Redguard Headwrap” (open & closed) and “Willbreaker”. For “Ash Scorpion” + “Chainy” for smoother Ash Scorpion mesh and “Tiebrakre” for additional improvements (UV fixes, mapping and new texture). For fixing several issues with the the ”Netch Leather Shield”. Morrowind Rebirth is a huge modification and will not work well with a lot of other mods, especially mods that make changes to the landscape or add new buildings. Not compatible with: Mods that alter the landscape in any way.

If I wanted to force myself to play an RPG where no fun is allowed, I would play skyrim or baldurs gate. Morrowind is for filling an entire room of your house with gold, nuking entire towns with a few spells, and killing gods. The game is hard in the beginning, while I'm actually playing the game. By the time I reach the point where I'm OP, the game is over and I've earned it.Casualizing the game isn't just making it easier, it's forcing the player into a playstyle determined by the developer. It's removing player thought and creativity from the equation and railroading them.

I played with Rebirth and Rebuilt for a while and it's really fun. You can also add LGNPC and Morrowind will become a whole new game.
I also use Galsiah Character Development, I love the regenerating magicka and the way it levels up my character without the need for grinding certain skills.I advise these mods only to experienced players though. Rebirth will make leveling bit slower and game can be more challenging at first. One of my favorite places added by Rebirth is outpost Renius near Pelagiad. It's definitely one of my favorite dungeons in the game. I won't say anything else except go there well prepared.:) I love the expanded cities too and redesigned Ghostgate. As for the TR, eastern part of the map is fully playable and I spent a lot of time exploring.
I usually start from Firewatch, it's my favorite mainland city. My only criticism is the lack of huge, overarching questlines like in vanilla game, but you can still find a lot to do. I am all into exploration anyways so it's fun.
